Amix™ BCAA 4:1:1 is a food supplement of Branched Chain Amino Acids (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine) with special anabolic ratio 4:1:1 for L-Leucine.

L-Leucine is the most important essential amino acid, which promotes stability of nitrogen balance, supports recovery and protects muscle tissue from breakdown. Essential amino acid means that the human body can´t create these amino acids on its own and it is necessary to receive them in a food or supplement form.

Recommended dosage: The basic daily dose is 2 tablets. Take 1 tablet before physical activity and 1 tablet after physical activity. Wash down with plenty of water.
