If you are not satisfied with the product that you purchased, a refund will be given only for any product excluding any shipping charges, and will be given ONLY under the following conditions:

1. Customer MUST contact us prior to returning any products.
2. We must receive the goods within 10 days of informing us of the cancellation via commercial carrier or the post office.
3. Only Unopened Product will be accepted for refunds. Where the goods seals have been broken item cannot be returned for health protection and hygiene reasons.
4. A credit will be given your credit card or your account with the price of the product excluding shipping charges or compensation in products. This will be determined before the item is returned.
5. No refunds will be given if the above conditions are not met.
